DIY Bridal Shower
As previously mentioned, I covered some of the bases for my sister’s bridal shower, which was lovely.

Sister's Bridal Shower

Back to the brr burgh

A little over a week ago I took my first MS flight to San Diego to visit my friend Bethany.
Her mom, Cheryl, had been fighting brain cancer for a few months and was quite a trooper, a fighter to the end.
When I arrived, Cheryl had taken a little turn for the worse. I will always treasure that she was able to say “Hi Liz” when I arrived and some of her last words were “I love you” to Beth.

infusion times 2
Today met my second infusion date. It was much like the first except I knew what to expect this time.
Of course it took a few seconds to find a vein but the nurse is experienced and didnt poke around, fortunately.
For 6 months (6 infusions) I will be monitored. I tried to hint to the nurse that it was “possibly 3?” but no, its 6.

I showered
This may seem like “well, duh, I hope you shower” but lately this is a huge victory. Showering has just not been my thing. So sad.
But shower accomplished! I even did my hair.

A Puppy Potter DIY
An oldie but a goodie. This was Sputnik’s halloween costume a few years ago.
The scarf and cape were made from felt. The glasses and “scar” were pipe cleaners.
Sputnik was very proud of this outfit and gladly posed. Just a precious puppy.
